Enchanted - The Wonder of a Cobblestone Bernedoodle

Our hearts have been captivated by Bernedoodles - and yours will be, too!

While there are many wonderful breeds of dogs, there is something so unique and heavenly about a well bred Bernedoodle that it almost has to be experienced to be fully understood. But I’ll give it a try with words!

An F1 Standard Bernedoodle is the blend of the sweet and loyal Bernese Mountain Dog and the highly intelligent Standard Poodle. The Bernese brings wonderful qualities to the Bernedoodle with the people pleasing nature, laid back personality, and unbreakable loyalty. While the Standard Poodle is so incredibly smart (and often hilarious), non-shedding, sweet and loving. This makes the wonderous Bernedoodle - honestly, we often tell people they are like humans wearing dog costumes!

Easily trainable due to the people pleasing nature of the Bernese and the high level of intelligence of the Standard Poodle, we often are complimented as to how easy a pup was to train! We have quite a few pups that are therapy dogs, including working at St. Jude (which is an organization that we support financially - so important for families with kids that are sick). Many, many times we’ve been told by our families that their dog or obedience trainer said it was the best dog in the class!

Intelligence is an important quality, but the sweet personality is equally important. Our Bernedoodles are lovely in their dispositions, loving all sizes of humans, other dogs, and cats. Because our parents are our family pets, we only have parents that are kind and gentle, and well socialized. They all have unique personalities (just like kids) and that makes it so fun, but we are steadfast in that our parents are kind and loving and the type of personality we want to pass on to our Bernedoodle pups.

Bernedoodles seem to instinctively understand humans - they often require eye contact and LOVE to be talked to (I swear they talk back with their expressive eyes). The companionship that a Bernedoodle brings is beyond words, really so, so special. Loyal and kind, entertaining and absolutely willing to do just about anything the humans are doing! Car rides, errands, family get togethers, yard work, watching TV, hiking, camping, shopping - you name it and our Bernedoodles are ready for it!

You won’t have to worry about dog hair everywhere on your furniture, car or on your clothes - that’s the beauty of the low- to non-shedding coats, along with how beautiful the coat is once the wavy curls develop. Really excellent choice for people with dog allergies - we have a lot of families with our pups that have allergies and are not triggered at all.

In addition to these things, Bernedoodles are so funny! And they seem to understand what makes us laugh and then do more of that, looking to see if we also think it’s hilarious! Will brighten your mood every single time!

I’ve touched on a few things here, but this can’t be wrapped up in a few paragraphs, it’s like trying to bottle love - impossible!
